What happens if I don't like your price?

Then your gold is sent back: {{RUECKSENDUNG}}. An insured return shipment needs its own transport insurance.

Can I send it from Germany?

No. Swiss Post excludes precious metal from international shipments. Please bring the items to Basel yourself.

How much am I allowed to send in one parcel?

Swiss Post's liability is at most CHF 5'000, with Assurance. We accept shipments up to: {{VERSICHERT_BIS}}.

What does the valuation cost me?

Nothing. You only bear the postage: CHF 14.50 for PostPac Economy with Assurance, franked online.
