No. Just drop by Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 20:00. The valuation usually takes ten minutes.
What does the valuation cost?
Nothing. It's free and without obligation. If you don't like our price, take your gold back with you.
Do I need ID?
Yes. The Anti-Money Laundering Act requires identification when buying precious metal. Please bring an identity card, a passport or a foreign national's ID.
How is payment made?
In cash or by bank transfer, immediately after the valuation. The paper statement lists every item separately.
My jewellery has no hallmark. Do you still take it?
Yes. Many older and foreign pieces don't have one. In that case, we determine the fineness using the touchstone.
Can I send my gold by post?
Within Switzerland, yes. How this works on an insured basis is explained on Sell gold by post. From abroad it isn't possible.
